Fred is a veteran executive with a unique combination of technology and management experience. Fred has led strategy, development and marketing of large scale enterprise and commercial software applications across multiple industries. In addition to heading up Colocube and Glick Interactive, Fred was the Executive Producer and VP of Publishing at Kaneva, a Massively Multiplayer Online Game platform and video distribution company, and has been successful in a wide variety of senior management positions at EAS, Critical Logic, i2Go, Air2Web, BEA Systems and AirDefense in roles that included CTO, Chief Security Officer, VP of Engineering, and VP of Product Management.
Before joining the Kaneva team, Fred was the Chief Security Officer and founding member of AirDefense, the industry leading wireless monitoring and protection provider, and helped define their technology strategy and built relationships with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. AirDefense was acquired by Motorola. At BEA Systems, Fred was a key contributor to the formation of the XML/Web Services Expert Group and helped develop a roadmap for Pervasive Computing for WebLogic at BEA Systems. BEA Systems was acquired by Oracle. Prior to BEA Systems, he helped define strategy and direction of the Air2Web Mobile Internet Platform which had become the industry leading enterprise wireless enabler that handles traffic for 500 carriers in 170 countries. Fred was a founding member of i2Go, and led the engineering team in the design and development of the world's first interactive MP3 player, which was acquired by Audiovox. While at Critical Logic, Fred grew the consulting firm to a major player in client-server, intranet and web applications for prestigious Fortune 500 and international customers with high volume traffic sites. Fred was also a founding member of WysDM, a global data protection management company that monitors data and backup processes for Fortune 500 and international firms and was recently acquired by EMC.
As an industry expert, Fred is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences both nationally and abroad and has appeared on ZDnet TV, CNN, The Money Channel and ESPN Radio. Fred is often quoted in national publications and considered a trusted source for both analysts and media available via any search engine. He has authored technology patents in the areas of Internet security, wireless security, wireless technology, mobile commerce, and multi-media as well as numerous white papers published on these subjects.

His broad experience and deep understanding of leading edge technologies gives him the ability to quickly understand client environments and requirements to recommend innovative solutions.
Abhi has held senior professional services positions at Accenture, IBM Global Services, Axelerant, and Core Concept. Abhi has managed large projects for clients that include MCI / Verizon, General Electric Power Systems, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Sikorsky Aircraft, Cousins Properties, BellSouth, and Roche Pharmaceuticals.

Ankur is the chief architect for Glick and oversees the development team that is responsible for designing, documenting, developing, optimizing, and maintaining software frameworks and development processes for Glick clients.
Ankur has held lead architect and management positions on numerous projects for both product-based and professional services organizations such as McKinsey & Co., Core Concept, Owens Group International, Axelerant, Air2Web, US General Services Administration, Roche Pharmaceuticals and ECS. Ankur is active in the Open Source community and well respected in the development community.
